If you are like me, you love a good apple crisp in the fall. Whether topped with homemade whip cream or vanilla ice cream, the fall flavors come bursting forth with each bite.

So, think of that feeling but in the summer. That warm, cozy, fruity dessert that brings the "feel" of fall to the summer party.

This recipe calls for canned peaches however, you can substitute fresh or frozen peaches instead. I only had can peaches; that's why I chose that method. You can also swap fresh blueberries for frozen.

If using canned peaches, be sure to drain most of the juice. You don't want your filling to be too liquidy. (I know that isn't a real word!)

I also used gluten free oats and gluten free flour.

This is my favorite Gluten free flour!

This crisp pairs well with ice cream or cool whip. I chose a homemade cinnamon whip topping.
